Thanks to the overwhelming support of the students of our original Allen studio, we have the privilege of opening our second location in just a few short weeks! Our Allen studio continues to enjoy much success, and that location – with all of our beloved staff, instructors and students there will remain, of course.

While this location is not yet open, we are working diligently to get the space just perfect for our students, and most importantly – to bring the perfect team of instructors to this new location. This new location is on Legacy, about half a mile north of Highway 121. With this second studio, we are looking forward to helping even more students experience the joy and passion that comes with expressing themselves in music, learning their craft proficiently and becoming a success in their own right.

It’s not about us; it’s about you.

At Matt Burk Music Studio we offer a student-focused, creative approach to lessons. Our studios are designed to be places that help students of all ages and skill levels, with any variety of musical interests to learn, create and perform. We don’t just teach the technical aspects of music theory and practice, but we also connect with what your musical interests are, and what you want to accomplish through lessons. What are your interests? What do you aspire to?

We know that everyone will study music for different reasons and each person has a different set of goals. Whether this is your first time touching a musical instrument or you have taken lessons for years and want to continue your studies, we will tailor your lessons to help you excel and reach your specific goals! Our job is to find what motivates students to pursue music, and then fan those flames! We teach piano, guitar, bass, drum, and voice lessons. In addition to these instruments, we also teach songwriting, to help students express themselves and create songs they can really be proud of. And we teach audio production & recording, which helps students become experts on practically any audio recording software they want to learn!
